1. Our lovely story
LPM was born on July 30, 2022 during the W22 Y Combinator Startup School batch (community-run - no official YC affiliation). We kept it low maintenance - no big plans, no KPIs. Just good people, good vibes. And that worked: low churn, strong bonds, real growth. We built a space where people accelerate each other’s journey. We don’t give shortcuts. We reduce the time it takes to reach our full potential. We were going to get there anyway - but together, we get there faster.
2. Who we are
The best representation of a changing world 🌍. We are referral-only community built on values - where people from different ethnicities, genders, backgrounds, professions, beliefs, ages and races come together to build, learn and live side by side.

5. How we operate
✅ Hiring: Review and add referrals fitting our 5 values: integrity, doer, giver, passion and resilience.
✅ Moderation: Make sure none is trying hard on selling and for quality
✅ Collaboration: Try to meet members and see what can help with. take pict and share in group, so others can connect later
✅ Education: Share things finding useful in events, in case folks can’t join benefit
✅ Promotion: Join fellow members’ events, promote their products, intro to your network etc.
6. What we don’t value
✅ Credentials have an expiration date. Values don’t.
✅ Financial success isn’t sustainable if it’s not rooted in something deeper.
✅ No bureaucracy, no rules, no judgment.
✅ We don’t glorify busyness.
7. What we value
✅ If someone asks for help → we care.
✅ How we feel.
✅ Keeping it short, kind and real.
✅ Whatever makes sense with right context and intention.
✅ Mastering right hook to trigger help.
✅ What we become: clarity, focus and depth.
